A one-hour ONLINE dance fitness workout that helps you express gratitude for all you have. No experience required. Easy movements from dance, martial arts and the healing arts. Boost happiness while also burning calories!
All ability levels welcome, from fully able dancers to folks in chairs. You’re at home, so no one will see you, and you can personalize the moves however you want.
Dancing on your feet requires about 7×7 of cleared floor space. Dancing from a chair requires less space but the chair should be stable so you don’t fall.
Wear anything that lets you move and sweat. Be barefoot if you can.
